The Apprentice’s Employment Costs

VBC does not fund or arrange the employment of the apprentice—that is up to the church. VBC can provide guidelines for the apprentice’s remuneration, can put apprentices and churches in touch with funding organisations, and will provide guidelines to help the apprentice and the church raise funding for the apprenticeship.
